BackgroundAnother example of a carbine used by the Bavaria Rural Police that was part of 2000 sold to the Austrian Gendarmerie in 1955.
Barrel Group
Last 4 digits of receiver serial number on slide.
Stock Group
Last 4 digits of receiver serial number in slingwell and inside handguard.
Receiver Group
Bavaria Rural Police stamped into top of receiver left of the bolt.
Bolt Group
Bolt has last 4 digits of receiver serial number electro-penciled on top.
Trigger Group
Trigger guard has last 4 digits of serial number on rear "T", bottom of trigger housing forward of trigger guard is stamped LGKNÖ with 1431 underneath the letters. The 1431 is the inventory number assigned by the Austrians.
